I'm Kristian, and I help contractors get calls from Google by finding the jobs people search for that no local contractor is going after.
I was in a meeting with R.N., the owner of Best Construction Brands, when they got a call from an older woman asking for accessible bathroom work. Best Construction Brands is a bathroom remodeler in Colorado Springs, and accessible bathroom work was a new market for them.
I went looking. I found people were searching for accessible, ADA and walk-in bathroom remodels, and almost no local contractor targeted it, so I built pages for it. Targeting that niche brought in $200K of accessible-bathroom projects.
That niche sat on top of the core local work. In 2024, their Google Maps ranking went from #13 to #2 in 60 days. When I published the case study in September 2024, they were generating 25 measurable leads per month from organic search.
Katee M., their project manager, said: "We were spending $10,000 a month on magazine ads and had absolutely no way to know if they were working. Now we get 25-30 leads every month from Google, we know exactly where they're coming from, and we're not spending a dime on advertising."
My work for them paused in July 2025. Their local rankings have slipped since. I ran two grid scans for "bathroom remodel" on a 15 by 15 grid across a 7-mile radius. In November 2025, the center of the grid showed four #2 pins. In October 2026, the grid shows one #2 pin, with pins mostly at 8 to 20+. I show both scans because a ranking is only true on the date you check it.
I work with remodelers, general contractors, builders and specialty trades who want the phone to ring from Google instead of from a lead platform. I'm based in Colorado Springs, where I also did the SEO for Sealwise Epoxy. I work with businesses nationally, including Bristlin Construction in Wisconsin, where my SEO strategy shaped the site and eSEO Space built it.

Colorado bathroom remodeler jumped from #13 to #2 on Google Maps in 60 days with website design and SEO that uncovered a $200K untapped revenue stream.
Client reviews
"Kreative is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough with their marketing strategies. Kris' support with our website and digital marketing has strengthened our branding as a company and generates solid organic leads! Thanks Kreative!"
"Working with Kreaktive for our marketing was our best choice! Kris is attentive and very creative to our company's ever changing dynamics. Our digital visibility has skyrocketed!"
A client of mine was paying $50 to $100 per lead on Thumbtack and Angi. The day you stop paying, that pipeline stops with it.
Nationally, "walk in shower remodel" gets 2,900 searches a month, "accessible bathroom remodel" 590 and "ada bathroom remodel" 260 (Semrush US data, October 2026). For Best Construction Brands, one phone call pointed me at that market.
When you search for your own business on Google, you'll often rank #1 because Google knows where you're searching from. I check rankings on a grid across your whole service area instead.
Before my work, Best Construction Brands was spending $10,000 monthly on magazine ads with zero ability to track results. If you can't tie a call to where it came from, you can't decide what to cut.
Buyer notes
A ranking screenshot tells you nothing without when, for what search and where. Ask for dated grid scans, including the ones that went the wrong way, like the Best Construction Brands scans above.
You work with me directly, not an account manager. When a site needs building, my development partner eSEO Space handles the development, and you work directly with me.
Before touching a site, I ask which jobs are profitable, which calls you want more of and how people find you now. If nobody knows what a good lead looks like, SEO turns into guesswork.
You own everything from day one. Every task goes into a shared worklog, so you never have to ask what you're paying for.
Here is what your money buys with each one.
What my SEO work for construction businesses includes.
The map results are where Best Construction Brands went from #13 to #2 in 60 days in 2024. I work the profile, the reviews and the listings, then check the results on a grid, not from your office.
I build pages around the jobs you want more of. For Best Construction Brands that meant accessible bathroom pages, and for Bristlin Construction it meant separate pages for flat roofing, metal roofing, standing seam, wall panels and pole barns.
Slow pages, confusing service descriptions, missing reviews and photos, and contact info that's hard to find all cost you leads. Bristlin's old site took over 5 seconds to load and ranked for zero keywords. After the new site launched in December 2025, it ranked for 70+ keywords within two months.
Best Construction Brands had no way to know if its magazine ads were working. I set up lead tracking early, because calls and booked jobs matter more than rankings.
How it works
Tell me about your business and I'll tell you if I can help. I'll check what your competitors in your area are doing, because that one question determines which plan fits.
I go through which jobs are profitable, which calls you want more of and how customers find you now. This is where I look for gaps like the accessible bathroom market.
Google Analytics and Search Console get connected, your Business Profile gets its categories, services, hours, description and photos, and I record a launch baseline that every later report compares against.
Search Visibility ships 4 articles or local pages a month and Search Visibility Pro ships 12, plus site improvements and review work, all in the shared worklog.
For a local business, I expect rankings and calls to follow in about 60 to 90 days, an expectation from past work, not a promise. After the first 3 months it's monthly, and you decide.
Pricing
There are two plans, and the difference is your competition, not an upsell: Search Visibility at $1,500 a month if the contractors ranking in your area aren't doing SEO, and Search Visibility Pro at $2,800 a month if they are. To check, search your trade and your town, then look at the first three businesses: do they have blog posts from the last 3 months, sites that load fast and active marketing?

Your competitors are NOT doing SEO

Your competitors ARE doing SEO
Your top competitors are publishing content and working on their SEO every month. Matching their effort keeps you stuck at positions 6 through 10. To displace them, you need to outpace, not just compete.
Search demand
These are monthly searches for the kinds of jobs contractors sell, including the accessible bathroom searches from the story above. Pick the jobs you want more of, and your pages need to answer the searches behind them.

How long SEO takes to work for a small business: usually 60 to 90 days for a local business, 3 to 6 months for competitive keywords, with real dated examples.

I researched 20+ SEO agencies across Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder, and Pueblo and put their prices side by side. Real numbers, transparency scores, and contract terms from every major Colorado market.

A proven marketing playbook for plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, and contractors. SEO, Google Maps, reviews, and smart budget allocation to build a lead pipeline you own.
Every month you get 4 articles or local pages on Search Visibility or 12 on Search Visibility Pro, site improvements, Google Business Profile and review work, competitor tracking, a shared worklog and a report against your launch baseline. You own everything from day one. I point those pages at the jobs and towns you want more of. The wider SEO service is on my SEO page, and map work is covered under local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
Search Visibility is $1,500 a month and Search Visibility Pro is $2,800 a month, both with a 3-month minimum, then monthly. If your competitors aren't doing SEO, Search Visibility fits; if they are, Search Visibility Pro fits. Photo & Content Sessions are an optional $750 a month add-on if you need project photos. If you want to compare, I researched 20+ SEO agencies across Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder and Pueblo in my Colorado SEO pricing research.
My honest expectation for a local business is 60 to 90 days before rankings and calls follow, and it's an expectation, not a promise. Best Construction Brands went from #13 to #2 on Google Maps in 60 days in 2024. Sealwise Epoxy turned its first 60 days of leads into $26,240 in new projects. Bristlin Construction had 20 keywords ranking within a week of launch. There's a longer answer in how long SEO takes.
Yes. I moved to Colorado Springs in 2023 and brought KREAKTIVE here (it operated as Digital Marketing Services until 2026). Best Construction Brands and Sealwise Epoxy are both Colorado Springs companies, and because I live in the area, I photographed and filmed Sealwise's finished projects myself. By January 2025, Sealwise ranked #1 for "epoxy garage floor" across a 25-mile radius. For local price ranges, see SEO packages in Colorado Springs.
No. I work with businesses nationally, and on these projects I set the SEO strategy and eSEO Space built the site. Bristlin Construction in Wisconsin went from zero to 70+ ranking keywords in two months. Tasoro Products in California held 240+ organic keywords in February 2026, after a Google update had cut its traffic from 900 organic visits to 91. Turnaround Solutions in Gardena went from 0 to 8 organic keywords, including #1 for "turnaround solutions". More trade work is on the construction industry page and the home services SEO page.
Not on day one. Keep any lead source that pays until your tracking shows Google calls replacing it. Lead tracking is part of the tracking, baseline and profile step in the first month, so you make that call with numbers, not a guess.
