30-Day Proof Period
Results in 30 Days or Your Money Back.
And before you pay a cent, I put in writing exactly what 'results' means: a countable list of what I'll ship. If I miss any of it, you get your first month back (your deposit, for projects).
Six Promises, All in Writing
30-Day Proof Period
Before you pay a cent, I put in writing exactly what I'll ship in 30 days. If I miss any of it, you get your first month back (your deposit, for website and branding projects). The guarantee covers the work, not rankings, traffic or leads.
You Own Everything
Every design, every piece of content, every deliverable: it belongs to you. Walk away anytime with all your assets. No vendor lock-in.
3-Month Minimum, Then Monthly
Google takes time to start ranking a site. It does not happen in 24 hours, so SEO plans have a 3-month minimum. After that, it runs monthly. Stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.
Transparent Reporting
A shared worklog of everything I do, and reports measured against where you started. No black-box marketing.
Direct Access
You work with me directly. Not an account manager juggling 40 clients. I respond. I answer. I do the work.
Real-Time Communication
I respond within hours, not days. You always know where your project stands because I keep you in the loop proactively.
What "Results" Means for Each Service
Each service has its own 30-day list. This is the starting point. Yours is written down and attached to your proposal before you pay.
SEO (Search Visibility)
Timeline: 30 daysEvery item below shipped within 30 days (Search Visibility list; Search Visibility Pro adds weekly competitor monitoring, first update delivered, and 12 articles or local pages in place of 4). Rankings and calls usually follow in 60 to 90 days for a local business, but the guarantee covers the work, not rankings.

- GA4 + Google Search Console connected
- Site improvements named in the proposal shipped
- Competitor watch set up
- 4 articles or local pages published
Website Design

You Get a Refund
One trigger: an item on your written list did not ship within 30 days. Claim it in writing within 7 days.
SEO: an item on the list did not ship
If any item on your Search Visibility or Search Visibility Pro Deliverables List (baseline, worklog, Google Business Profile, site improvements, competitor watch, first articles or local pages) is not shipped within 30 days, you get your first month back.
Website: a milestone did not ship
If discovery, sitemap, homepage design, core pages on staging or the staging link are not done within 30 days, you get your deposit back. Your launch date lives in your project agreement.
Add-ons: an item on the list did not ship
Add-ons (AI Visibility, Email + SMS Campaigns, Photo & Content Sessions) are covered as part of your plan. Their deliverables join your plan's 30-day list; for AI Visibility that is the 6-platform AI Visibility Report, 5 core topic clusters and the citation source audit. A missed item counts as a missed list on your plan, and one refund covers both.
Branding: an item on the list did not ship
If discovery, 5 logo concepts, palette and typography, the agreed revision rounds, final files or brand guidelines are not delivered within 30 days, you get your deposit back.
You Do Not Get a Refund
I believe in being upfront. These situations fall outside the guarantee.
Waiting on you
The 30 days start once I have the access I need. The clock pauses any day I am waiting on you for access, content, or an approval. If I am waiting more than 15 days in total, the Proof Period closes and the fee is earned.
Scope changes after kickoff
If you change direction mid-project (different target keywords, new brand direction, redesign pivot), we rewrite the Deliverables List in writing before continuing.
Rankings, traffic, leads or calls
The guarantee covers the work, not the market's response to it. I do not guarantee rankings, positions, traffic, leads, calls, revenue, or any score. Google algorithm updates and hosting outages are outside my control too. Rankings and calls usually follow in 60 to 90 days for a local business.
Whether the work feels right
The standard is whether every listed item shipped, not whether the result meets an expectation. Revisions are handled by the rounds written into your scope.
Claims after the 7-day window
The refund covers the Proof Period Fee only, and the request has to arrive in writing within 7 days of the period ending. If the list is shipped, the engagement continues on the agreed terms: for SEO plans, a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month.
Engagements under $1,000 or outside the US
Care plans, maintenance, hosting and domain pass-through, projects under $1,000, and engagements outside the US are governed by their own scope, not the Proof Period.
How the Refund Works
I only put things on the list that I know I can ship. But if I ever miss one, here is exactly how it works.
Tell me in writing within 7 days
An email is enough. No form to fill out. No hoops to jump through.
I check the list
I check your Deliverables List against what shipped. If an item is missing, I own it.
I refund the Proof Period Fee
Your first month for monthly services, your deposit for projects. No "save" call. No guilt trip.
Money back in your account
Within 7 to 10 business days. Done.
Guarantee FAQ
A written, countable list of what I ship, agreed before you pay. For SEO, that includes your launch baseline, a shared worklog, your Google Business Profile built out, GA4 and Search Console connected, the named site improvements, competitor watch, and your first articles or local pages. Add-ons you buy with a plan go on the same list. For website design, it is milestones up to a clickable staging link, not a launched site. The starting list for each service is above, and yours is attached to your proposal.
The Proof Period Fee: your first month for monthly services, or your deposit for website and branding projects. It is written into your proposal as a number, and it is the only amount at risk.
No. The guarantee covers the work, not the market's response to it. Nobody controls Google's clock, and anyone who guarantees you page one in 30 days is guessing with your money. Rankings and calls usually follow in 60 to 90 days for a local business.
Tell me in writing within 7 days of the Proof Period ending. I check the list against what shipped. If any item is missing, I refund the Proof Period Fee in full.
The day I have all the access I need (website, Google Business Profile, analytics, and any assets on the list). The clock pauses on any day I am waiting on you for access, content, or an approval. If I am waiting more than 15 days in total, the Proof Period closes and the fee is earned.
US engagements of $1,000 or more. A plan and its add-ons count together toward that amount. Care plans, maintenance, hosting, smaller projects and engagements outside the US are governed by their own scope.
If the list is shipped, the engagement continues on the agreed terms: for SEO plans, a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Google takes time to start ranking a site. It does not happen in 24 hours. I can show you real graphs of how long it took for other clients and what they got.
Yes. You own everything I create for you, even if you request a refund. Designs, content, code, audit reports. It is all yours.
I send a simple project agreement that outlines scope, your Deliverables List, and the guarantee terms. SEO plans have a 3-month minimum, then run monthly. No auto-renewals into long terms. No fine print designed to trap you.
Algorithm updates are outside my control (and everyone else's). The guarantee covers the work I ship, not rankings, so an update is not grounds for a refund. That said, I monitor for algorithm changes and adjust strategy proactively. If an update hits, I will tell you what happened and what I am doing about it.
